Our devices are designed to hold our attention, and endless feeds, alerts, and notifications keep the mind in a low, steady state of stimulation. Over time this can fray focus, disrupt sleep, and quietly raise stress. Setting boundaries is not about rejecting technology — it is about using it on your terms.
